Trading/Returning Heirlooms.

I'm not one to make many topics at one time, but I thought this would be a better place than the WoW forums for some help with this.

You see, I bought some heirlooms with my hard-earned Emblems (Mail Shoulder, Mail Chest, Main Hand Sword, Bow), and I leveled a huntard to 41 with them. But as I surf the net, and I ask Trade Chat, it seems that the Mage a really good, fun class to play at the endgame. I went on some Insta-80 servers and tried the Mage out.....and it was fun as hell.

I already have sent in 2 petitions- one asking if they could refund the badges and delete my hunter, the other one asking if they could trade my current heirlooms out for some cloth ones. Both got declined.

I was thinking- if I mailed the Heirlooms from my Hunter to my 80, and deleted the hunter, then sent in a petition saying something like "I bought these, and none of my alts can use them." would that work?

If not, does anybody here know something I could say, or some point I could use to get these refunded?

You can refund 1 of them. But then you cannot refund any items on your account. You got 1 charge.

^ That sucks. I could refund the bow, but that would just give me 65, not enough to get some mage heirlooms.

Do you think deleting the character and saying that none of my alts can use them would work, or could they figure out I was lying by looking in some sort of account log?

Or you could just do some heroics for a couple of days and have the badges again?
