Expired Banned Account

Lets say my oldest WoW was banned like 2-3 years ago for something I had said in an AV BG, and lets say I appeal for it and get it back.
Is there any chance of getting my characters back to their normal state (not deleted), as the stay there were 2-3 years ago?

Presumeably your characters aren't deleted. You can check by logging into the WoW account management, and going to "Paid Character Transfer", and checking the realm they are on. It'll show up all your characters.

Well, I don't think toons are deleted when accounts are locked anyway, Has anyone ever got one back? - Just try it. Hey you've got nothing to loose except a few minutes typing an email or calling them on the phone.

Yea, I made an email. I just have some pre-bc characters on there, that could go for a lot

Unless they are scarab lord, all the legendries, or have naxx40gear+atiesh i doubt theyre worth anything.

Try logging onto the WoW Forums. You can click on your avatar at the top-right and you will see any characters associated with the account.

I had a buddy of mine restore a character that was deleted back in Pre-BC. So I don't see why they wouldn't let you restore it. (as long as you get the account unbanned)

Yea, a while ago. On the forums I could still choose which one i want.
I just got an email from Blizz, need to wait for the Support Email now.

I hate to say this, but they can't re-evaluate an action that happened years ago because their logs only last so long. I doubt they'll even consider it because of that (I really don't think they'll un-ban you on good faith)

@OP: My account got banned 4 years ago for botting and its pretty much impossible to get it back. I've tried writing some really good emails but they just arent gonna do anything after all this time.

I just recently got an account I had got banned around 2 years ago for gold selling. I got really lucky with calling them just wanted to know the e-mail i used for the account and the guy unlocked it for me. shoulda played the lottery
