    modem problem

    Ok so i posted on the official wow technical forums and they did shit to help so let me explain whats going on. i bought a new modem recently and it disconnects me from wow every 1-20 minutes they said i had to upgrade my modem firmware but i got absolutely no id how to do that please post if you can help its getting really annoying 6):

    try reseting the modem, if that doesnt work call your ISP, they should be able to fix the peoblem.
