How do I retrieve pass?

Well, some time ago I SE'd some dude on my server and stole like 60k from him. He retrieved the account, changed the email back to his msn adress and he got all his items back (i didnt get any problems or so though). Then I retrieved his account again since I had his SQ/A, and took 60k again.

However, he retrieved it again now, but he didnt change the email back to his msn but to another email. How can I retrieve his account now? I know all info except his current email and last name (which makes it hard to call Blizz..)

Call blizz and say you made up some random name whne you made account and can't remember it.

you can't, you need the first and last name and the SQA of an account to retrieve it.

you could try and get into his msn email account and see if you can find his last name there?

You need his postalcode to be able to retrieve pass, so no luck. Thanks tho
