MMOwned has created a meeting place for hackers, exploiters, scammers and other WoW/gamers alike. At the beginning the admins (Matt), or those that are now staff, were the ones contributing stuff, as the community has grown, a larger range of people are contributing and the staff therefore have less time to contribue and need to spend it keeping the site functioning correctly.
