Are u smart anough to solve my problem ?

hi guys ty for this great emu, i know a good one when i see it and this is the best one by far

The emu works fine im playing the game no problems although here is additional 2 issues i have

1.) the website forum of the emu doesnt work, mainly cuase i didnt create a datebase for it cuase idk how, how can i get the forum to work cuase without the forum the website is giving alot of problems

2.) biggest problem its setup on 127.0.0.1 working fine although i wanted the server for a wireless lan comunity so it needs to change to an external ip 172.*.*.* that is our network ip's server ip will be 172.16.12.59 although i dont know how to alow the ip to work for the 127.0.0.1 to be alowed i use the defulalt settings 127.0.0.0/24 how do i allow all the 172.*.*.* to be allowed
