Tool for checking patch changes?

Hello I'm wondering if there is a tool to check what changes there are in new patches that are coming?

Like changes for that is undocumented like;
if there is a new item
if there is a spell change not said in the patch notes
if there are new npcs

stuff like ************ say that are new

Well you could do what every other person does and read the patch notes. You could also check wowwiki for Undocumented changes.

That wasn't what I was asking for I was asking for a tool or rather if there are any tool to check myself for undocumented changes. Not looking on websites that shows them.

I would like to discover such changes myself without using someonce website to check what they have found

You'd have to data mine the patch files, or play and notice what has changed that wasn't documented... I don't think there's a specific tool for it, most of those were found by players.
