    compromised battlenet

    If a battlenet account is compromised, and the original account has different info from the battlenet, which info do I send in?

    they only ask for the battle.net. i have recovered many accounts, and they only ask for that info. Sometimes on the rare occasion, they ask for the name of the account linked with the b.net, but that is it.

    When my account was hacked, and it was merged into a battle.net account, I had to supply all my info to them (Of course.. I didn't know the B.net account) but it's simple, send the info you know in.. say it was hacked and you pretty much get it back..

    When I did get mine back.. I realised I sent in wrong First and Last name lol :P
