    WoW NOTARY QUESTION

Once I get an account notarized-- can the person ever recall again? Does blizzard have a certain amount of waiting time before the person can call via phone and call with sqa, etc.. or is the account permanently mine once it has been notarized?

If they call blizzard and give their info they can get it back.

But I'm not quite understanding the question.

I got the account notarized-- now is there anyway the other person who has my info can get the account back?

IMO hook it up with a battle.net account and then your fine... cause they won't know your username meaning they can't recover .

    Actually this is incorrect.

They can simply call Blizzard and reverse the entire thing. Also if you do anything again Blizzard will simply lock the account waiting for ID verification.

What seems to be the best method is changing the person's original email address (you will need their email address to do this) and then merging with Bnet. I am still testing this method though.

But what happens if the account has been notarized.. is it basically 100% untouchable?

No...an account is never 100% untouchable if the original user has full info as well.

No I am the OO. I have notarized the account, but some other person has my info as well. I've gotten the account notarized, and since the other user, can he recall it ( Its been notarized already)

Huh? There's no such thing as "notarizing" an account. What do you mean?

Yea but I thought once you fill out the notary form and send them in, Blizzard won't accept any changes via phone?

Right, that form is for when your account is locked though. Not for regular use.

It does not "notarize" your account. It simply notarizes your ID if Blizzard is suspicious regarding use of the account. It does not change your account's status at all; anyone can recall it at any time without any hassle.

Let me google that for you

And yeah, if they have your secret questions there isn't much you could do other than plowing through red tape (you could have equivalent character(s) in that time)
