EMU and Cosmos add-on

I am trying to understand the add-ons better when used with an EMU server. I have downloaded the latest cosmos package and it errors out like mad. I suppose it's trying to read data from the real server and it's just not available. Any know anything about this or where I can look for information related to add-ons and emu servers?

One specific question I have is with the census report. Sometimes my census works fine and doesn't error out, and other times it gives me an error and doesn't work right. I can't figure out what the difference is when it's working vs when it's not.

Im not sure if you already know this but, EMU servers are generally different patch versions to the real thing and as the mods keep up to date with real wow they also change there coding as real wow progresses. If you want to use cosmos i suggest finding the old version for the patch you are using. Hope that helps

Thanks for the reply. I had considered that possibility, but wasn't sure if it was that or the fact that the EMU version doesn't have all the real data a wow server would have. I tried finding an older version of cosmos, but they don't keep archived copies and apparently neither does anyone else. Oh well, just playing around anyways.
