Chances of me getting unbanned?

What are my chances of getting unbanned?
Here is the scenario:

Quit wow for a few months.

Tried to logon, can't. Can't logon to my e-mail either.

Called blizz, person I talked to said my story matched up with the timeline of things that happened on the account, and gave me my account back

Then said "You do realize that this account is banned, right?" (apparently whoever hacked my account bought gold, and got it banned)

I said no, she said that I should be able to get unbanned, and that she'll send a report to Account Services, and that they will e-mail in the next couple of days.

So, what are my chances of getting unbanned? =O
