I recently signed up at powerlevelings.com to save me a few hours off leveling so I could play with my brother who I cant seem to catch up too. After 3 days this website got my account permanently banned. I have asked for a refund for 3 straight days now and have been told the same thing each time, that they want me to "Contact blizzard and tell them your account was hacked, then tell us if worked, and we provide satisfied solution."
Needless to say I didn't even bother contacting blizzard because that was my bad for trying to manage my time by having someone else level my character. However all I wanted was a refund, via their promised 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and many other statements on there website. My latest conversation went like this with them.

My account is already permanently banned because of them so I don't know what that threat will accomplish, but it was a threat nonetheless, anyone have any idea or suggestions on where else to take this dialog box? I documented it all with screenshots, ect.
