[HELP!] Sockscap Trouble Starting WoW

So I can't seem to start sockscap properly with wow or firefox. Here is what I do exactly on my Vista HP 32b OS.

1. Open SocksCap as Admin (compatibility for Win XP SP2)
2. Enter proxy settings with IP or Server from Parog's Proxy List maker post on Socks 5 with the "Resolve all Names Locally" setting on
3. Choose WoW or Firefox or Safari
4. "Run Socksified!"
5. Fail

Maybe my proxies suck so here is what I did on Parog's program (he found I guess) "Charon"

1. Fix settings up top
2. Pick my judges (I use three of those 1.04 ones he mentioned)
3. "Use Search Engines to Find New Proxies"
4. Check Anonymity for all Proxies
5. Choose one, use the IP or Server and Port
6. Fail again?

As you can see I am in quite a predicafail here and I can't seem to fix it. Anyone know anything about this crap (multi-boxers?)
