Starting a Gold/account renting/account tradeing site

Well I am going to get into the gold/account renting/power leveling business

site name will be decided by me and co owner

We will sell gold
rent accounts (in return we: level an alt,pay $, pay wow gold,level professions etc)
have a forum to sell/trade/buy accounts
and more (the co owner can also add what he wants)
account leveling
bot leveling (it will be cheaper to buy since of the risk)
Also want instead of having to use Aim to contact us we can talk live with ventrilo

I Cant do this alone..

First im going to need a co owner to pay for the website funds and that's all they need to do and they get paid 15% of whats made ($$$$$$) at the end of the week

also need people that can level/farm "NO NOOBS" need people with experience and that know how to level and farm like crazy

need another person to edit the website/forum(need to know how to use photoshop or fireworks)

i will hire more people the bigger it gets but its going to be like this so far
Owner (me)5%
(Full)Co owner=15%
(Still looking for more)Levelers,farmer, and people to farm Honor and arena points=50%
(Full)Website manager=12%
(Full)Forum manager=12%
(Full)Private Server Hoster= a certin % of all donations
The Company = 6%

Okay so the site is eliteloot.com Thank nothinglol the domain i chose was taken so thank god for him for picking such a good one

Still need leet levelers/farmers
not have to be leet at leveling but not slow BUT you do need to know how to farm like a pro

In terms of farming I am alright, but I can easily make hundreds off gold a day of the AH.
