There are tons of sites that you can buy keys from..you should try www.offgamers.com..I recently got a wotlk key from them. Very fast delivery and very reliable. Requires phone verification.

Try ogamestore.com they take PayPal aswell, offgamers.com stopped using PayPal recently, probably coz of chargebacks and fraud.
