Ask their live chat to see if this guy is legit. But I would NEVER rent an account unless it's scammed.

They will probably farm gold and sell it and then ban your account within 2 days so don't even rent an account.

They'd probably boost a character on the account using RAF. Then when the character is the desired level they will transfer it off. But still do as Stag suggested and only rent with scammed accounts.
