I have allways wondered a thing or two about chinese gold farmers..
(I know not all are chinese :>)

Like, there gotta be two kinds of farmers, the ones that actually FARM and those who try to sell, aka the ones who randomly whispers a multiple of players that they have a stock of Xk gold questioning in buy interest. Dunno really if you can call those farmers too. Ohwell, there is also the websites that I guess stands for 90% of the selling of gold but someone need to handle that too, and answer questions for first time buyers.

..How much they earn? (farmer/seller)
..Do they work in shift? (eg. change "work area" from time to time)
..Do they recive a solid paycheck or do they get pay'd per sold gold?
..What addons do they use when they randomly whisper ppl?
..Do they get enough of food at work?
..Are they allowed to go to the bathroom?
..Do they work at good condtitions?
..Are they forced to take a job as a farmer in a lack of money or do they work cuz "its fun"?
..Is it allowed to slack or chill, or is the thing 100% hard work?
..How many gold farmers exist in world of warcraft? (bots exluded)
..Is the business a good profit for both employe and executive?
..Is there any farmers community that share ideas about farmplaces, etc?
..Is there any legendary farmers that all other "normal" farmers know about, that is awesome on farming alot of gold in short time?
..In what speed does normal farmers work? (g/h)
