Hey, Im thinking to change my gender (female draenei to male) but I dont wanna look like a baboon ass. May I be availeble to change my face? if not, how do I see how I will be looking like after the gender change?

I looked at both the Ulduar patch notes and test realm patch notes and didn't see anything.

I think the only way to change anything other than your hair and extra feature (horns, piercings, tusks) is to buy a character re-customisation.

So regardless of whether you change her face or gender, you're still going to have to pay the 15$.

Male Draenei look like refrigerators. I'd suggest staying a female Draenei, but if you're going to change the face it's a bit of a waste of money. Maybe change her skin colour too?

You can always download Model Viewer if you don't already have it and simulate a new look before you spend 15 bucks.
