missing folder (addons)

Hey I'm missing my wow addons folder, I've tryit to create it, but then it wont registrer the addons I put into the folder, and I've also tryit to repair the hole wow folder, dont work eather. so if you got any ideas in here then please tell me me.

look for the addons folder a different place..

like "c:/users/public/games/world of warcraft/interface/addons"
