Trade gold for gamecard. Bannable?

Month ago I've traded gamecard for 6k gold from mmofly. Quick service and everything went ok. Next month I want to do the same with that site. However I am concerned about my account. Is it possible for blizzard to see the transfer of 5-6k gold every 2 months to level 1 character and ban me for it? And if the do - how long could be the suspension - permanent or 3 days-1 week? Please explain me the chances of getting banned for doing so. Thank you in advance.

Yes your account can be banned for selling gold. Trading gold for a gamecard is essentially selling the gold for $25 - the cost of a gamecard.

It isn't, since you're not buying the card. You're buying the code on the card, which has only as much value as you put on it.

I don't know about you but I've sold atleast 30,000g on my main account. And 10,000g on my 2nd main account.
