My power leveling order has just been completed but I don't want to log in right away because of the IP difference, how long should I wait until I should be able to play again?

24 hours IMO. But if you're unafraid of bans then 12 hours maybe.

But tbh they'll see that you can't go from like Russia to here in like 12 hours, so...
I'd just let them do their stuff until maybe they absolutely, will think "Hey he had enough time to travel here and there..."
