Getting Account Back!

So i have this friend that sold his account...he knows the recovery question, and of course the account name. However, he doesn't know the cd key, and doesn't know the registered email address/password. Any suggestions on how he should get his account back? (the new "owner" of the account purchased WOTLK on it so...yeah) haha. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Ask the person who he sold it to, to sell it back to him. :P

If he knows the first and last name, call blizzard and tell them that your email got changed some how and your not sure how and would like you needed it changed... I usaually tell them I download an addon and it must have had a keylogger in it are something... They will change it no problem..

Can you be more detailed on what to do? I feel like blizzard is going to want him to provide like the current CC# on the account or something. If he just knew the current registered email address to the account then he could get it back. Any ways to figure that out? For some reason i don't think the phone call to blizz would work.

your friend is a ****ing lowlife and deserves to go to jail is he seriously is trying to get that account back...i hate people like him...

People shouldn't be purchasing accounts anyways...they should play the game themselves. It's against the EULA and if anything the account should be banned (but i'm trying to help him get it back). My friend got ripped off in the pricing imo anyways but yeah. Any feed back on how to get the account back would be greatly appreciated.
