Paypal Account help

Hi I have tried to make a paypal account but it keep failing. Each time I try to make a account it just reloads the page have tried over 20 times. If someone can please make me one i will in ever be gratitude to you. I have even tried on a different computer maybe paypal just hates me and my internet. So if anyone can make a paypal account with fake bank or credit card then i will love you (meteorically speaking). Please PM with account info and can't wait cause i want to use paypal bad.
