Suggestions for a new server

I'm in the process of making a new server it's not on a dedicated host but it's on a pretty decent comp. My question is...well basically just how i can make players have the best experience as possible6):

but in your opinion which is better an instant 80 or leveling from 1-300 with 240x the Exp?
idea was to run a blizz-like pvp and then run a funserver pvp so whatever you preffer to play it's there

well what i would do is run a fun server with custom crap and i mean custom not like a crappy weapon model with a shit lot of agility and make it costs 5g. then once u got a good population open up a 3-4x blizz like server with auction house bot. ive seen 1 where it puts up random items in Ah and you set prices. and you should start getting more ppl
