Chances of gettin an Economy Exploitation ban lifted?

Happened to me last weak. They perma closed it and said it was for economy exploitation. I sent them an email and asked why and said I had 0 warning or bans before. Told em that I should ge the benefit of the doubt and that I never even got a warning. They lifted the ban. GL with your account
