twink in 3.1?

hi im doing a twink atm but in game friends telling me that twinks gona suck in 3.1 they gona nerf something , can some1 plz tell me if this is true and what they gona change?

i thought they were changing it so you get grouped with players with similar stats/gear/etc

I've heard you get XP in battleground so no points in twinks if you're getting them levled.

I dont see anything about it in the PTR notes but that doesnt mean it won't happen. And i heard rumors about this but i dont think that you are going to get XP from battlegrounds. You getting grouped with similar stats/gear sounds more realistic imo.

The problems you will get :
-Leg armors and being nerfed (requires level 50 and 60)
-19s Fishing Hats and Boots (only boots confirmed for now) are being lvl 35 capped.
-Proffessions over 450 are being nerfed. If you have one on a lowbie twink, you will have to unlearn to enjoy the ability it gives you and re-level to your cap (ex. 450 --> 0-250).
-Librams have a level 50 restriction
- Gladiator's shoulders BOA enchants are being capped to lvl 60 restrict.
-Some items are being added (which is great) but with all the stamina lost from players, burst dps class will roflpwn. The game will get fair with higher lvl caps = 49+ mostly...
