How safe am I in the following PayPal scenarios?

Say I want to sell some virtual goods using paypal (whether it be a wow account or gold). What would happen if the buyer opened a dispute claiming he did not receive an item, and acted as if the item he bought was physical (since I think the buyer is out of luck if he claims he bought a virtual item). Since the item is virtual, how would I provide any hard evidence? Would paypal just side with the buyer, even if I claim the item IS virtual. Who would paypal believe?

you could always send him a "Signed letter" so you have the receipt of something being delivered and the evidence to show that it was delivered (through tracking online)

If it's virtual, and you have no proof that you sold it to him, and he claims that you didn't, then you would most likely be shafted

"If the buyer is dishonest and categorized the payment as one of the physical item categories, then PayPal begins its investigation by asking you for shipping details to prove you shipped whatever was purchased to the buyer. Since you can’t fill out any of the fields in the page requesting this information, your best bet for having the claim closed in your favor is to choose “other” as the shipper, and write a message such as “This payment was for virtual goods, not a physical good, and is not covered by the buyer protection policy”. 9/10 times, once the PayPal representative reviewing your case reads that, they will recategorize the claim and close it in your favor."

Can anyone confirm this? If this is the case, the seller is pretty secure unless the payment was unauthorized, correct?
