Or if you start to hint that he knows you're there, get his account permanently banned. Then he can't play it and blizzard honestly doesn't care if it got taken over or not.

blizzard will say he was sharing if he says he was scammed. just MC all over shatt and IF. or just play as is. when you start DCing often, thats him/her logging on. thats when you go for ban ASAP

Then you can always call blizz if they take it back and re-take it back. Or theres another way i think.. But I forget.
