Okay, i have a 71 ALLIANCE on Darrowmere(lowpopulationftl) PVP and a 71 ALLIANCE on Daggerspine PVP, Can i make a HORDE DK on Sayyy, Ner'Zhul PVP?

Yes you can. You can make a DK on any realm. However, say you have an ally char on a PvP realm, you cannot make a horde DK on the same realm.
