Graphics problem & WoW Launch

I recently used WoWME and used some race change model edits ... after I decided to play without it I removed the patch, I tried to log on wow normaly way not trought wowme and it crashed but im 100% then I removed all patches from data folder I cannot run/play wow without 'launching' trought WoWme and also certain graphics are not working (instead of a certain graphic like a magic circle I see just a cube)

Is there any possible way to fix this without reinstalling WoW?
