    Dual-Speccing

From what I've been understanding, Blizzard is going to implement a Dual-Spec, which is simply as it means, Be one spec, then press a button, and BAM your other spec of choice.

    Example

Retribution Spec and I'm needed to tank, well I press the button to change to my other preset spec which would be Protection, and I wouldn't have to pay the 50g fee :P

Have you guys heard of anything like this? I hear about it ALL the time, but haven't really found anything regarding it.
Destinations unknown, I'll find my way there

I think what they are going to do is give access to more talent points, or move the major talents down the tree, we'll have to see in 4.0, hell, Blizzard doesn't even know how they are going to do it yet.

They are planning to have it, as you said, to be a button press spec swap. However they also want to have saved action bars with keybindings and glyphs, which means it will take longer to prepare for live. They also want to have sort of requirement on changing spec, such as having a portable item, e.g a lexicon of power, that would then allow you to change spec.

This would also not be allowed in combat nor in arena for obvious reasons. It is just speculation on how they manage to engineer the whole system. I can almost guarantee there will be hundreds of bugs leading to "exploits" that will have to be fixed

This is as much as I know as far as "Dual-Speccing"
    A) You can spec yourself two times, and switch between them.
    B) It will be (Near?) trivial to do in cities, but probably (Not confirmed) not be as trivial just out and about.
    C) It MAY (Emphasis) be in patch 3.1.0
    D) Will be awesome.

It well take a while, but I heard they are working on it. I think what they are going to do is a additional glyph in the middle, in this glyph in the middle you can apply things like: Glyphs, it would be like a socket to this middle glyph, and talent spec..

    Idk xD

The dual-specc system was announced at blizz con last year if i remember correctly.
I don't see it being implemented anytime soon, its on the to-do list with custom dances and mounts swimming.
Will help me alot as i'm currently primary healer in my 10 man raid group and imba shadow dps in my 25 man raid group.

If this is true, it's going to be awesome.
Throughout my time playing WoW I've most likely spent over 3000g on respeccing alone.

Welcome to being a druid, hmm? =P
