[HELP] Remote Host

How do I put my server on a host and "monitor" it from my computer?
My server 's ready, when running at home (which is not very good), so we must learn to put it on a remote host.
I hope that someone of a light.

Run the MySQL Client Instance, and then" Allow that People can Remote" to your Database.
Then Portforward this Port "8082" and Allow their IPs to connect to the Database(s).
