Could I get some help?

Well, I'm planning on making a 39 frost mage twink with full TBC chants, only thing is, I haven't a clue about what exactly the caster side of the TBC chants are (ie. Soulfrost and such) or what gear I should be heading towards. I've searched and havent come up with any real useful guides on 39 twinks and was wondering if anyone could give some tips or a link to a guide I have tried making a gear list off thottbot but I was not very succesful at that ><

tottally biased decision: reroll gnome twink as gnomes have escape artist and have a natural +5 engineering bonus, as engineering has many useful items,

Umm yeah... Hes allready a gnome because ofthose and a higher base intellect.
