Thanks for the response, Anthonyrox8.
lol btw it was a joke![]()
No, they won't pick up MMowned.com. They can't ban you for being on a websight, I am on mmowned all the time while alt tabbed from WoW and have been for a very long time.. no ban..
Didn`t ban me for having mmowned opet yet...Hope it won`t happen![]()
Well, you know, JUST INCASE we aren't quite sure what this site contains
I'd be alittle uncomfortable if they could see what sites i was looking at.
Yawn. No.
Currently Warden does NOT scan outside WoWs address space except for a few tiny anomalies.
That being said, Warden USED TO scan window titles, process names, etc but does not do this anymore. What is important about this though is how it was implemented. Warden never sent back any identifiable information about what was on your PC (contrary to what ****tards like Greg Hoglund would like you to believe), it hashed the data, compared it to a list of hashes it received from the server, then sent back a bool (true/false value, ie 1 or 0). The list of hashes was ONLY used to identify known hacks and NEVER looked for any websites (nor would they ever, visiting a cheating related website does not constitute cheating).
So, recap:
No, it currently doesn't do any scans that would reveal that. Even if it did though, still no. Never gonna happen.
Sorry, had to edit my post to call you a retard. Retard. Warden is not spyware you clueless tool, even when window scanning was being done there was ZERO privacy violation because there was NO IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION SENT BACK TO THE SERVER. Durrrr.

Didn't I say that and someone /facepalm'd?
Thanks for clearing this up, I was a little concerned when I joined over a year ago. But now I'm not!![]()
[QUOTE=freakyflow;1357445]Obviously warden cannot spy on your web browser, its called privacy.
This is what Warden does - and you agree to let them do this when you accept their communist style eula agreement:
"Warden also reads the window text and title bar of every window open on the PC, scans all open processes, and checks out the e-mail client and URLs being visited."
This has got nothing to do with cheating and everything to do with spying as it has a large database of all kinds of words that flags you; and this is found in "All users" account, and not just the one you installed WoW on.
Do what I did and cancel WoW, and get rid of it off your pc instead of agreeing to be spied on unlimitedly by a company and it's affiliates you don't even know.
