Shaman weapon animation help

Ya, this is driving me crazy. Can anyone tell me what causes the electric animation on the weapons of a shaman? Is it windfury or some other enchant? If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's like the dwarves in stormpeak called stormforge _____. How their weapons are enchanted with electricity. That's what I mean. Please help.

Wild guess: Stormstrike? Lightning Shield?
Windfury is more like a little tornado/hurricane, so not that.
Is the effect constant?

Ya it's constant, it's an animation/glow on the weapon.

PS : to clarify he prolly mean the glowy white brighty turning spell effects

What kind of "weapon enchant" (windfury, rockbiter etc. Shamans only) do you use? What is the name of your weapon and is it enchanted with anything?

No, it's not the little thing that goes around it, it puts electricity on the shamans' weapons and when they run the streak of electricity follows the shaman. It looks cool when you dash with spirit wolves.

Hmm, im really not sure... Dont play shaman myself, but guess it has something to do with:
a) Your weapon.
b) Your personal Shaman wep enchant (windfury, rockbiter etc.)
c) Your weapon enchant.

It's not an orb, it's like the animation for casting lightning bolt. The electricity that goes around your hands is on your weapons instead and it looks cool when you run. D:
