    how to make server external ip fixed

    hi
    first q 1- i am using no-ip but every while it changes the external ip which make the new players unable to connect
    2- how to fix arcemu-optional.config to reload accounts evry while cause i think reloading accounts doesnot work or acctuly i dont know how to do it
