I try`d the other day to use the RAF option for my wow account and i get the message that i`m not eligible for the RAF option... is there a way that i can change my country whitout triggering any req ID from blizzard .... to use the RAF option? Thanks.

I don't quite understand what you're asking but. I think you're asking if you can raf with a Us and Eu account, if that is so, then no.
