Transfering Characters Question

Ok my friend quit wow 3 months ago and i want to transfer his warrior from his acc to mine... How do i change his contact info to mine so that is possible?

Make your friend change account info, all got to match to your account like name/adress and so on and ye he will his cd key to confirm it.
