Anyone know a fast way to check if pins work?

But I can't find a fast way to check them so these are useless to me because I'm not going to check them all myself. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to check pins fast? I'm trying to make a program right now in C# that will check pins through the site, but someone may already know a way. Thanks for helps.

Also do Blizzard block you from trying pins many times like they do stop you attempting to log in a certain amount of times? Do I need a proxy to check my pins?
