Level 80 Enh Shaman PvE build

I am a level 80 enh shaman and am currently running heroic instances and will soon be part of larger raids. I have been looking for the best build as far as DPS goes and am looking for some help from people that may have found that build. My current build is here and I am thinking that I should take the 3 points out of anticipation, 3 out of convection, and 2 out of improved windfury totem then put 5 in elemental fury and 3 into static shock. I usually use water shield during instances but since I'm not normally taking damage it doesn't really benefit me as much as it should. With the point put in new skills I figure that using lightning shield would give me some more DPS. The new build would be this
