[Question] Crazy stats on Kalimdor's Revenge?

so i was in trade the other day and somebody linked Kalimdor's Revenge Kalimdor's Revenge - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft

but instead of
+24 Strength
+18 Stamina
it had
+2400 Strength
+900 Stamina

everything else was exactly the same
i was just curious s to how this was done... if anybody has an answer i would be most grateful

ps. i was on my friends comp and didn't manage to get a screeny but why would i make such random stuff up =P

WoW glitches sometimes, thats all it is. Its like that with other weapons and armor aswell.
