Thinking of starting to play WoW again

I'm just wondering if anybody could help me? I stoped playing like 8-9 months ago I have a 19-20 lock and I'm wondering if I should pick up where I left off or just make a completely ne character. Thanks

Because
It will take you 2-3 days to get to level 20 (Maybe Even less!!)
~This way your saving so much money, well not much but still your saving money.
And in 10 days that they are giving you, you can level few character to level 20 and get some cool stuff, make lots of friends, and get use to realm.
Wonder around try to remember everything and all.
Basically starting with your old character will feel weird, starting with you'll get the chance to get use to controls and skills set up.
