Change info?

Okay, so I'm thinking about buying this account, and I was wondering if I could somehow change the details on it so they cant recall it or anything.
Like, how much info I can change (SQ/A, E-Mail, etc.).

You can change email, password, phone number, easily. But in order to change the last name, (Very hard I think) and country/address you need proof. SQ/A and account name are unchangeable.
