Custom Server Fix

i'm using MaNGOS/0.12.0-SVN (Revision 6744) and i seem to have a problem. when i have a weapon equiped i cannot also have a shield or offhand weapon equiped. when i try to equip the item it grays out in my bag and becomes un-interactable untill relog. also if i have a shield equiped to my toon and i try and equip a weapon to my main hand the shield will return to my bag but not grey out. this is a really confusing issue to explain but i'll attach some screen shots to show an example.
