wuts faster: grinding or questing?

yes i know it depends on the mob, and how fast/wut quests you do.

im using zygors ingame guide atm, and its very nice..like it a lot, doing actually about 4-4.5 hours a level (70-80, northrend)

ive also noticed that most of the non-nerfed grinding methods are approximately 300-400k an hour, which is practically the same as the quests, except with quests you get more rep, gold, and some quest items.

i knew about the level 73 elite drakegore, 1 min respawn max, 16k rested xp, and you could do a lvl in about 2 hours, if not less. but now thats nerfed which blows.

anybody else recommend a good grinding spot with 500-600k (or more o.O) xp an hour?
