    WoW Disconnects Internet

Hello MMOwned community! I know I'm still a leecher :P , but I've been reading some exploits and scams lately, and I'm trying to cook something up. But anyways, I've been having this problem lately with WoW disconnecting me from my internet about 1-5mins into gameplay! The blizz forums have a thread with like 157 pages, and like 3 blue posts and NO HELP! Since you guys are infinitely cooler than blizzard online support, does anybody here know a quick fix or anything?
EDIT: I'm using a laptop , wireless connection.
    Thanks
    LK13

PS. If this is a repost and/or not in the right section, I'm sorry, I did my best in those two areas.

When you disconnect from WoW, can you pull up any webpages?
And does this happen during the usual web browsing as well or JUST WoW?
What type of Router are you using? Wireless B/G/N?
What type of Connection do you have (Cable/DSL/Satellite +Speed)?
Is your network card on your laptop B/G/N?
Are you using Dynamic (DHCP) or Static IP on your router?

This is probably an easy fix, I would try cycling the router/modem first. If that doesn't work, go around your house and check where all the cables are and make sure they're tight (Just turn them to the right). If that doesn't work, try forwarding the WoW ports, and then cycling the router/modem. Otherwise I would have a cable guy come in and check, just call up your ISP and they'll ask you a bunch of questions, just say you did all of the above, and they'll schedule a guy to go over and check, and hopefully he can fix it.

I will try right now, thanks =)

Also, I can't pull up any webpages after the internet D/C, it only happens during WoW (I can browse the net) I don't know what type of router I'm using in regards to the B/G/N, I have Verizon FiOS, and the last two Disrupter asked IDK how to check (bad with computers :P)

P.S. Thank you guys VERY MUCH for the quick responses, I was worried I would never be able to play again! I'll do what you guys said and post if it worked or not.

As everybody else suggest power cycle in this order (unplug power cord min. of 30secs) dsl/cable modem wait 2minutes, unplug router, wait 30sec, plug back in. wait 2min. then repair/diagnose the connection in your network window. Also if your D/C'ing only during wow, sounds like your computer might be limiting traffic. download a TCP/IP configurator the one posted here on mmowned works well.

So I stopped trying for a while, but then finally I decided to go back. So I fired up WoW and tried DL'ing 3.0.2. The downloader just says tracker not responding... I'm gonna call the cable guy or geek squad or something like that and see if they can fix these problems.

Don't bother with Geek Squad. They're incompetent hacks. And I don't think they even have services for fixing internet issues, anyway.

    Just call your cable company.

I think you should add more info.
Your WoW disconnects you from internet?
Is it disconnect your computer from the router?
Or it disconnected your router from ISP?
Or both still connected but no traffic at all?
