Recently a friend transfered my lock to a different server without my permission so he could play with some friends. He gave the account back to me because he got sick of it and i wanted to get it transfered back without having to pay $25.
I sent in an email to Blizzard stating that my account was simply stolen and the email ect was changed whilst i was in a different country. They confirmed that there were different country IP's on the account when i rang them up before this, which confirmed my story (Which i faked the IP's and story.) My account got closed "permanently" 2 days after.
This is the email i received:

An unauthorized Paid Character Transfer (PCT) has been reported for a World of Warcraft account with which you are associated.
Please keep this email until the account recovery process has been completed.
The account has been disabled to provide you with an opportunity to secure and regain access to it. Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges. However, we are unable to offer any type of reimbursement for time lost due to the retrieval process.
Once the account has been recovered, please contact us again concerning the unauthorized PCT so that the matter can be fully investigated.
It is important to note that Blizzard Entertainment does not recognize the transfer, purchase, sale, gift or trade of an account, nor any offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade an account. Any accounts found participating in these activities may have action taken against them, up to and including permanent account closure.

Now previously, i made a new account with a different last name because my friend gave me his 70 Warlock on my own account as thanks to gliding his Rogue to 70.
This meant that when i sent in the forms, i had to scan a copy of my Legal Birth Certificate to change the name to the one on the account, i am not really scamming them as i am the registered account owner, just used a different name.
But do you guys know by ANY CHANCE if i will receive my account back?
I am assuming i would due to the fact i didn't do anything wrong, and they stated it was closed so i could genuinely get my account back and they obviously needed proof it was me in case i was bullshitting them.
But yes, please discuss.
P.S I left the Account Recovery Form in there for you guys incase any of you need it to scam closed accounts or something.
