I think the OP is the one that wants to recruit someone.
I don't reccomend it though, use a RL friend. If I RAFed with some total stranger, he'd definately bail on me times where I'm available (I can play up to 12 hours/day, wouldnt be a problem), and I'd be so ****ing pissed that I spent 25$ on that dick.
