24 hour bans with treat bag exploiting

Just got my account back and they took all my mask credits away and my sinister squashing.

I was the only one on my server with the title, now I'm the only one without it.

They removed my 4 helms, one which I earned totally legit (can I get that back? It dropped from HH.) And my one squashling with my mask credits.

Crap, I so regret doing this now.

I had everything but a mask for all occasions when I did it, exploited to try and get The Hallowed title before the patch but I didn't even succeed... I'm gonna cry so hard if any of my legit earned achievments will be ruined because of this. Loosing the title doesn't mean that much, but it will mean I'll never be able to get the Violet Proto-Drake.

Just go my account back and could log in 15 seconds before the servers shutdown for 8 hours. To my consternation I saw they removed my Hallowed Helm and Sinister Squashling and I actually achieved those legit. Both from drops from Headless Horseman.
Do you think I could get them back if talking to a GM? I did all the Hallow's End achievements before I even tried the exploit :/

Not quite, I contacted a GM about this and she said that she could not comment on how that department handles it, but to email a separate ticket to account admins so you have two chances at retrieving the item. Something to that effect.
So another email sent to them about it, waiting on response, last one took roughly 26 hours, which wasn't in time for a 24hr ban.

then it looks like they have asked GMs just to ignore all questions relating to the Halloween temp bans and forward them onto account admin because it will stop you arguing with the GMs and wasting their time, then the account admins will just have an automatic email or a response they have to respond with, go ahead try it, thought I doubt it very much they will ever give you the items back, you will be very lucky if they do.

24hr sounds nice compared to a full ban (without any pre-bans/warnings) which I got ...

Guys, none of my friends that got suspended and I cannot migrate. Whenever I pick a payment method I get "Payment Method Blocked".

Is it the same for any of you guys? You can easily check, just pick a random server and a random char and click next, pick any card and pick next... You will not go through with the transfer because you never get to fill in your CC number.
