deinstall modelchange.exe

Hi,
Some days ago i changed my humanfemal char into a ud-male.
But now i want my femal back. So if i delet the Patch-x file in to my /data order everything is okay my human female is back. But if i try to use the launcher i get an error i just can run the game witch the modelchange.exe i´ve used the repair feature but nothing helps.
Help me please how i am able to play wow in the "traditional" way .
